Bangkok Red Bean Curry – Creamy red kidney beans simmered in a coconut broth with a soffritto of onion, sweet pepper and tomato - spiced with a homeblend of red chilli, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, shallot, garlic, cumin, coriander and nutmeg - folded with steamed Charlotte potato - finished with spring onion, lime juice, garlic and coriander leaf.


Potato, Cauliflower and Spinach Dhansak – Yellow split pea gently stewed with a soffritto of onion and plum tomato - spiced with a freshly ground mild Masala homeblend – folded with slow roasted Charlotte potato, al-dente cauliflower florets and baby spinach - finished with creamed coconut, garlic, lime juice and coriander leaf.


Broad Bean Green Thai Curry – Split broad beans braised with onion, mooli, water chestnut and green bean in a coconut broth - spiced with a fresh homeblend of galangal, lime leaf, lemongrass, garlic, bird’s eye chilli, basil, flat parsley and coriander - folded with steamed Charlotte potato - finished with coriander leaf and lime.


Red Red – Ghanaian Blackeye Bean Stew - blackeye beans marinated in a brine infused with pimento, clove, onion, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper, bay and thyme - braised with onion, plum tomato and Romano pepper - spiced with ginger and paprika - finished with spring onion, lime, garlic, freshly rubbed thyme and cold pressed sunflower oil.


Louvi - Star comforter of homely Cypriot cuisine. Tender black eyed beans, chard and courgette gently stewed in a clove studded onion and bay scented broth with wholegrain rice vermicelli – finished with a sharp lemon, garlic and cold pressed oil dressing. Surprisingly tasty for such a simple combination, guaranteed to leave you feeling great.


Fasolia (Greek butterbean casserole) – Melt-in-the-mouth butterbeans stewed with , tomato passata and a soffritto of celery, onion and carrot - scented with cinnamon and oregano - finished with flat parsley, lime, garlic and olive oil. Beautifully simple and tasty.


Minestrone Casserole – Classic Italian stew with haricot beans, sweet pepper, plum tomato, courgette, carrot, celery and wholegrain rice vermicelli – scented with oregano and smoked paprika - finished with a basil chiffonade, garlic, lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil.


Puy Lentil and Porcini Lasagne - Ragout of Puy lentil stewed with chestnut and porcini mushroom braised with carrot, celery, onion, organic red wine and tomato passata – layered with gluten free pasta sheets – topped and baked with cashew béchamel, a sprinkle of thyme and cherry plum tomato slices.


Mushroom and Chestnut Bourguignon – Portobello mushroom chunks braised with carrot, shallots and full bodied red wine – folded with roasted sweet chestnuts - scented with thyme and freshly picked bay. Finished with garlic and flat parsley.


Vegan Burger Patties x 4 – Surprisingly satisfying and meaty - made with minced chestnut mushroom, onion, sunflower seed, wholegrain Basmati rice, Puy lentil, oats, cassava and beetroot – scented with allspice berry, caraway, sage, oregano and black pepper - finished with mustard, garlic and apple cider vinegar.

Purple Sweet Potato Crackers - 150 g - Raw purple sweet potato puree mixed with freshly pressed beetroot juice, ground flax, hemp seed and a dash of apple cider vinegar - thinly spread and slow dried at 40°C until crunchy and snappy. £6


Vital Salad – A bountiful selection of shaved roots and salad vegetables and fruits, medley of locally grown salad leaves, fresh herbs, plenty of hemp and home-sprouted seeds. £6


Fresh pesto - 200g basil, continental parsley, coriander and tarragon blended with sunflower, pumpkin and hemp seeds, cold pressed sunflower oil, lemon and garlic. £6


Cocoa & Orange Fruit and Nut Bar – high protein energy snack with dry fruits, activated nuts & seeds and cocoa beans smooched into a delicious paste scented with, cinnamon, vanilla and orange zest. £3


Spark Bar – Date sweetened chocolate made with raw cocoa beans, date powder and coconut, stoneground long and slow for several days by granite wheels - folded with activated almond, hazelnut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, hemp seed, sprouted buckwheat, date, apricot, fig, sultana and goji berry – enriched with an organic mycelium complex of lion’s mane, chaga, cordyceps, turkey tail, skitake and reishi – each bar contain a recommended daily dose of the complex. 70g bar. £6
