Perfect Curry Workshop

This is a hands-on, practical workshop, where Sam will share his secrets to making the perfect curry. You will learn the ins and outs of curry making and cover the following: 

• Basics of braising
• Soffritto bases
• Drtiy and wet spices blends
• Basics of cooking beans and pulses
• Finishing mixes
• Cooking rice just right

At the end of the workshop, we'll get to enjoy what we have cooked at a shared meal.
