Mushroom Panang – Thai red curry with chunks of king oyster mushroom braised with Charlotte potato, Romano pepper, shallot and green bean in a coconut broth - spiced with a paste of red chilli, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, shallot, roasted peanut, garlic, cumin, coriander and nutmeg - finished with lime juice, garlic and shredded coriander.  £6



Chickpea Massaman Curry – A fusion curry combining ingredients from Persia, India and Thailand - with butter-soft chickpeas, Charlotte potato and carrot simmered in coconut milk - spiced with a paste made with freshly ground warm spices and a purée of galangal, lemongrass and coriander root - folded with slow roasted aubergine and crushed roasted peanut - finished with coriander leaf, garlic and lime juice. £6


Goan Butterbean Curry – A creamy tomato based curry with a sweet tang - Melt-in-the-mouth butterbeans gently simmered with a tomato, Romano pepper and onion soffritto - spiced with a paste of tamarind, ginger, red onion and freshly ground garam masala - finished with creamed coconut, garlic, coriander leaf, green chilli and lime. £6


Green Thai Blackeye Bean, Sweet Potato and Spinach Curry – Super tender Blackeye beans stewed gently with slow roasted sweet potatoes and baby spinach in freshly milked coconut infused with lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal – finished with coriander leaf, garlic and a dash of lime juice.  £6



Potato, Cauliflower and Spinach Dhansak – Yellow split pea gently stewed with a soffritto of onion and plum tomato - spiced with a freshly ground mild Masala homeblend – folded with slow roasted Charlotte potato, al-dente cauliflower florets and baby spinach -finished with creamed coconut, garlic, lime juice and coriander leaf. £6


Moroccan Tagine – Tender chickpeas stewed gently with a soffritto of carrot, celery, onion, tomato, sultanas and turnip - spiced with an authentic North-African homeblend – folded with roasted courgette, aubergine and sweet pepper - finished with chopped coriander, garlic, lime and cold pressed olive oil. £6


Portobello Chilli – Mexican stew with red kidney bean, sweet red pepper, plum tomato, onion soffritto – spiced with a fresh homeblend of coriander seed, cumin, oregano and smoked paprika – finished with coriander leaf, lime, garlic and a touch of cashew cream. £6


Louvi - Star comforter of homely Cypriot cuisine. Tender black eyed beans, chard and courgette gently stewed in a clove studded onion and bay scented broth with wholegrain rice vermicelli – finished with a sharp lemon, garlic and cold pressed oil dressing. Surprisingly tasty for such a simple combination, guaranteed to leave you feeling great. £6

Sunblushed Tomato and Olive Focaccia Wheel – A delightfully soft, moist and utterly delicious stone baked bread – generously topped with green olives and slowly dried cherry plum tomato halves - scented with rosemary, oregano and Nigella seeds. £5

Vital Salad – A bountiful selection of shaved roots and salad vegetables and fruits, medley of locally grown salad leaves, fresh herbs, plenty of hemp and home-sprouted seeds. £6


Lemon, Garlic and Mustard Dressing - 250g - the perfect accompaniment to a vital salad - made with cold pressed sunflower oil. Bottled in glass. £6


Stir-Fresh – Oriental veg shavings, home-grown sprouts and hemp seeds – served with a pot of Tamari, ginger and garlic dressing. £8
